The final race of the series was held 28 March at Lee Wharf Newcastle. This event was small but successful with competitors also competing for their age group title. Series results are available here in PDF format. Please note that original series rules stated that series winners were only to be taken from the Open Category. Therefore our series winners were Boyd Conrick and Regina Wright. Also congratulation to Shane Ilgen and Alison Elliott who had the highest points, however chose to compete in their age categories. Also congratulations to all age group winners and Team winners Flint and Gosling of Aquagirl and Landlubber team.

While we have enjoyed running this event it is difficult to justify staging it again in it's current format and with the numbers that competed. We are still considering our options for another series and will announce a decision shortly.
